About the Author

Olga Alexeeva is a visual artist, gallery founder, and former stage actress from Russia, proudly presenting her debut book. She immigrated to the United States in 1991 with no English, a young son, and her aging mother by her side—an experience that shaped her resilience, humor, and unshakable spirit. Remarkably, Olga had never painted before coming to America. But in 2004, she picked up a brush for the first time—and never put it down. Her passion for color and storytelling through art led her to open successful galleries and teach hundreds of students over the past two decades.

Today, Olga is a beloved artist, painting instructor, speaker, and creative mentor to adults who are rediscovering purpose and self-expression later in life.

Through her bold artwork, immersive classes, and now this deeply personal book, she offers an honest and inspiring perspective on reinvention at any age. She believes that everyone can paint. Everyone can write a book. Everyone has a story worth sharing.

“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.”
